Pac Choi, also known as Bok Choy, is a type of Asian green closely related to Napa cabbage. It has a mild flavor and crunchy, juicy texture.

How to use it:

  • Stir fried with lots of other veggies and served over rice or noodles

  • Cooked lightly into soups, especially broth-based ones with miso or beef

  • Lactofermented in kimchi, replacing the traditional cabbage

  • Marinated, then grilled (soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil all compliment this green well)

How to store it: In the refrigerator, inside a non-breathable container (plastic bag, glass or plastic storage tub, etc.).
