Dill is a tender herb related to carrots, fennel, parsley, and celery; its flavor is mild and somewhat reminisce of fennel and licorice. Traditional used as a wonderful pairing to cucumbers, it is very versatile and adds comforting flavor to almost any dish.

How to use it:

  • In cucumber pickles or dilly beans

  • Frozen for later use; it also dries down wonderfully for storage in your spice cabinet

  • In chicken, fish, and potato dishes

  • In pasta salads and tossed salads
