Cilantro is an herb popular in South American and Asian cuisines. Some people love its flavor, and some people have a genetic predisposition that makes its taste offensive to them, so we try not to overwhelm you with it.
How to use it:
In fresh or canned salsa
Chopped and sprinkled on top of beans, stirfries, tacos, eggs, soup, and pork
In curried stews
Frozen for later, especially for use in the winter
How to store it: In the refrigerator, inside a non-breathable container (plastic bag, glass or plastic storage tub, etc.).
