For us, there is truly nothing like that first juicy bite of tomato to welcome summer. We wait through winter and spring, every year, to enjoy fully vine-ripened fruit, never settling for less: it’s worth it. We grow a variety of heirloom, red slicer, paste, and cherry tomatoes for your enjoyment.

How to use them:

  • Sliced thinly, served on toast with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, for a truly transcendental tomato sandwich experience

  • Sliced into tossed salads, or in the classic Caprese style with mozzarella, basil, and balsamic

  • In soups and stews, especially Mediterranean ones

  • Made into sauce and canned; we recommend Amish Paste and San Marzano for this, though our heirlooms and reds will work just fine

  • Topped and cored, then frozen whole for enjoyment throughout the wintertime

  • Eaten alone, with salt
