Tatsoi is an Asian green similar to pac choi. It has a very mild flavor, and the way we grow it, can be interchanged with spinach in almost any recipe. The stems are tender and tasty, so be sure to use them as well.
How to use it:
Sauted into pasta dishes
Anywhere you would use spinach
Blended into green smoothies
Cooked into egg dishes
In tossed salads with lettuce and other greens
How to store it: In the refrigerator, inside a non-breathable container (plastic bag, glass or plastic storage tub, etc.).
